Basin’s drain hole plug isn’t working upon checkin. Aircon default at 24 degrees was just too hot upon entering. Welcome drink coupons was given one for two pax but lounge insisted two for two paxs.

Not the newest hotel but the service was good, the room was modern and clean, and the location was very walkable. Would definitely recommend. There is a gym there but it’s shared access with members outside of the hotel.

Loved this hotel! We stayed in an executive suite for 2 nights. That included executive lounge privileges. Check in was flawless. The suite was beautiful with a view of the city (26 floor). Nightly turndown service. 2 free beer and 2 soda pop each day included in your fridge. Coffee machine and tea. Can’t say enough about the staff. They changed our bedding immediately when I told them I was allergic to feathers. The executive lounge staff was amazing. The lounge is in an obscure place on the ground floor but the variety of food and the attention to detail from the staff was excellent. Breakfast, lunch and happy hour made our day after a long day of shopping. The MBK Center is connected so no need to leave and go out in the heat. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool facilities but from our window many people did. We loved the convenience of being able to shop at MBK center and all that is offered at the hotel. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel…worth every penny spent!

An amazing hotel. We were upgraded to a suite. What an experience; the room was beautifully decorated, with a fantastic view of the city. The beds were super comfy, the room spacious and very clean. A huge bathroom. We felt pampered. The location cannot be beat, close to shopping centers and next to the train. Will definitely stay agin!

Pretty good but….

The location and general service and quality of the hotel were great. However, the towels and bedsheets are old. They are actually clean, but I believe the hotel needs to update them. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend it.

Great hotel

Great hotel, has everything you need especially when connected to the MBK. Gym and outdoor sports facilities are great, pool and pool amenities are also very clean and good for Center of Bangkok. Room staff and security were great, wish front desk were more polite, as were quite dismissive and rude, but should be no reflection on hotel amenities or other staff members - would stay again.

Great location and great staff

Thank you for a lovely stay. Great staff and a fantastic location. Rooms are nice, modern and clean. They also have multi charging outlets so you can use an Australian plug inserted upside down or use a usb port. We had an adaptor but didn’t need to use it.
