Service from staff was professional. Very busy hotel, as it is connected to MBK shopping centre. Rooms are mediocre and need some updating from the wear and tear. Cleanliness could be improved, however, when we mentioned to our housekeeper on the floor, she addressed our concerns. As the hotel is very busy, be prepared to wait for the elevators. The restaurant during the breakfast buffet is super busy and loud. After a few nights, we were happy to leave. Lots of amenities, especially restaurants and shops in the area. Siam Paragon is also a walkable distance. The fitness centre was top notch, as it also serves as a fitness club for local members. Spacious, lots of equipment and variety. Overall, decent hotel if you like to be close to a major shopping centre and don’t mind the crowds. We will not be coming back, there are nicer hotels to choose from.

When we checked in, extra bed was not made. Had to ask Housekeeping to make the extra bed but staff from Housekeeping said she had to check with Front Desk 1st. Was there coordination between Front Desk and Housekeeping? Shaving kits were not provided daily. We happened to see a Housekeeping staff and asked for it. Mr Ake, not sure if he's a Concierge, helped us to book a taxi for our departure to the airport. He remembered our booking the next morning when we were waiting at the lobby. He made sure we boarded the taxi early. In December 2025, we also stayed at your hotel but when we tried to book a taxi to the airport, the staff said we could wait at the lobby and they would call for a taxi. We waited some time for a taxi. Booking a taxi in advance saves time and assure us that we arrive at the airport early
