Overall the service was friendly, exellent and very flexible. The rooms are very nice and clean, the bar and pool area are top! The breakfast was verry good and healthy with all the options cold/warm products

Reception staff, concierge and bell boys, staff in restaurants and bar were extremely polite and helpful with all our requirements. They celebrated my birthday after finding the date in my passport with a small cake, card and decorative arrangement in the room.

This was my second stay - very enjoyable and restful after a long day’s traveling! One thing I especially appreciated this time was the hotel’s policy of all-day check-in and check-out 24-hrs from checkin. This was very helpful as I arrived after 11 pm and had a flight out at 9 pm the next day. The food in the main restaurant’s buffet is great and everything is labeled (important as I have certain food allergies). The shopping is also excellent: great for those who don’t have time to visit downtown Bangkok.
