Bed was a large king with fantastic linens

Stayed in a rooms with shower over bath as requested. Unfortunately the rooms faced over the hotel cooling towers. While the noise was not objectionable it was noticable.

The check-in process was very quick and efficient, and I was happy to receive a room upgrade. They also fulfilled all my requests, such as a twin bed and a higher floor, which made my stay very satisfying. I enjoyed the variety of activities offered at the hotel, and the multiple swimming pools were excellent with great service. The staff were all very kind and helpful. In addition, when I had a small injury, the hotel immediately arranged medical assistance and treatment, which I really appreciated.

One of my favorite place to stay in bkk. It’s convenient area. Everything close by and walking distance.

The location is perfect to travel on the train or walk to many popular destinations. The breakfast buffet is great. There is a wide selection for every one and it changes daily. The overall hospitality was stellar.
