Beautiful stay

Beautiful hotel! Super clean, comfortable and luxurious. The breakfast spread is amazing and the location of the hotel is fantastic too. We had a great time and can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend.

We stayed in Bangkok for four nights, including a night for my girlfriends birthday. On arrival the hotel had decorated our room in celebration which was a great touch. Pool and sauna were good, although we didn't spend enough time at the hotel to appreciate them. Views from the hotel room were stunning, and huge comfortable bed. Breakfast had plenty of delicious options, catering for all types of guests. The staff were amazing and could not do enough for you. They arranged our tickets to watch Muay Thai boxing at the national arena at short notice. Hotel shuttle bus is also great for the 15 min walk to the local metro line. Would highly recommend staying here

This hotel was absolutely stunning; beautiful in person. The staff was professional and helpful. The atmosphere was welcoming and spacious. Comfortable place to call home during your stay. This is my second stay and start to notice that there are many areas where service is lacking mostly due to staff shortage. At the pool area, there’s only 1 server that is running around serving food and drinks. The ashtrays at the smoking area don’t get cleaned at all so some are overfilled with cigarette butts. At breakfast I had to go to the counter to request hot water every day that I was there. I arrived and had to handle my luggage from the taxi to the check in desk, didn’t see any bellboy around. After check out I had to wheel my luggage to the lobby entrance door.

Hotel has some pro and cons. The hotel is beautifully designed, but the bedding is not the most comfortable compared to many 5 star resorts out there. They had a shuttle that takes customers to the BTS station, but it's better if you book one that is within walking distance to a BTS starion. Staff and service was great. Would not stay here again due to location.

Wry nice hotel located in near Thonglor in the Sukhumvit section of Bangkok. Close enough to the action by far enough away. Bangkok is just totally nuts so to have a place to retire to, away from the hustle and bustle was key. The room was marble, with blinds that opened and closed electronically. Laundry service was good but not super expensive. The gym needs a back machine, and the vanity in the bathroom needs more light.
