A wonderful stay

We have no complaints about this hotel. Service was wonderful. Buffet break had many options including wonderful coffee made to order. Pool was clean and refreshing. Wifi was good. All essentials are a very short walking distance. Bed was comfy. Hotel was quiet so sleeping was easy!

Great location around the corner from Khaosan Road, and quiet. Room was clean and tidy, 7 Eleven a couple of doors down. Short walk to the pier for the hop on hop off tourist boat, & an airport bus stop very near. Walkable down to the Royal Palace. Lovely rooftop pool, although the bar was not open when we were there. Hotel aside, negotiate hard with the tuk tuk drivers hanging around outside (use Grab to get an idea of genuine rates) & learn from our mistake - be wary if they offer to take you on a tour. You will get taken to one lesser known temple then various retail outlets, & they will be quite insistent on you taking a boat road to a floating market as it won't be open tomorrow, the palace etc are supposedly closed until.....both a lie. All in all very happy with our stay at this hotel and would stay again.

Absolutely recommend!

Our stay at Villa de Khaosan was absolutely incredible! This charming hotel strikes the perfect balance between elegance and comfort. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the exceptional staff, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The pool area was a peaceful oasis—clean, inviting, and perfect for cooling off after exploring the city. The bar served great drinks in a stylish setting, making it a perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. Every corner of the hotel was immaculately clean, and the attention to detail in both the design and daily upkeep was impressive. The beds are very soft and the airconditioning is excellent. Our room was cozy, quiet, and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and recharge. The service throughout our stay was outstanding, and the team truly made us feel like valued guests. Villa de Khaosan is a true gem in the heart of Bangkok. We can’t recommend it enough and will absolutely return on our next visit! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Room without a view

Hotel was clean and nice. Staff were. Friendly. We were upgraded in our room and was told with a view. The view was of a car park with burnt out cars and scooters, homeless families and stay cats. Not quite what we expected. Breakfast was average. Location was good but would probably stay elsewhere.

Recommend this hotel, the location was great

Arrived early and was able to check in straight away. Room was a bit small but everything else about it couldn't be better. The bed was very comfortable. Staff was polite, helpful . The night male receptionist went out of his way to help us with the taxi app we were having problems doing

Property was very clean and conveniently located. The breakfast was also good, however it would be helpful if they had more than one person working the breakfast so that the eggs were not cold and other items were not cold by the time you received them.

Scam alert upon checkout. They said the room was missing a pillow and demanded I pay 800 bht or they will call the police. I was in a rush so had to pay but the older lady at reception and the breakfast manager were both very rude. Other than that, the other staff were great and location was good. Rooms were small but clean.

Doing some budget travelling and we decided to splurge on a nicer place for a few days in Bangkok and wow. This exceeded my expectations! The service delivered is that of a high end western hotel. They have a door man who will handle your bags for you, a rooftop pool, all bathroom items you need, and more. The bed was comfy, the AC blasted cold air, and the room was very clean! Well worth the price.
