'The Round House Bungalow' 3B Condo w/ Huge Deck

Charming three-bedroom condo located on Sugar Mountain close to all amenities Sugar has to offer. This condo will make you feel right at home. In the living room, you can enjoy the large flat-screen TV and the gas-burning fireplace for cool winter nights. There is a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. In the master bedroom, there is a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and in the third bedroom, there are two bunk beds. This condo features a wrap-around deck to enjoy the fresh mountain air.

TV: All the TVs are all equipped with streaming devices that include at least: Netflix and Amazon Prime - Renters utilize their own login.

Great Ski getaway

We enjoyed our stay and the location was convenient to Sugar Ski Resort. Roundhouse was clean and spacious for me, two teenagers and 11 year old. Only disappointment was the fireplace would not start but the property manager was very responsive and attempted to get the problem resolved. We would stay again in the future.

Easy and smooth check in. Small issue with door code was immediately solved. Looks like it was closed for a while once there was a smell that disappears after couple of hours. The living room was not as the pictures. Pictures shows a nice couch and there was 2 different ones, quite old. Kitchen is well equipped, everything works. Towels are old and should be replaced to more comfortable ones. The location is very good. I also wish they could leave more consumables such as paper towels and sanitary papers of better quality. Buy water - there is no filter of water in the refrigerator door. I gave 4 stars because I was expecting more for the price we paid.

Everything was wonderful and we had no issues it was just a little smelly.. It was tolerable, but it just could be better. The fall colors were amazing, the size of the unit was perfect for my family and the kids loved the bunk beds so much. Thanks!

Great location, needs work

The location of this property was fantastic, but it had a clear moisture issue as evidenced by mold in the ceiling of the living room. There were cedar sachets in every room to help with any smell, I think. We were also only given a single parking pass for a place that sleeps 8. When I called to ask for another (as we arrived after 5pm) we were told we would have to park one car at the rental agency. (Also a silly requirement to “pick up keys” when I merely picked up a code that could have been emailed) The unit itself was clean enough, and we’ll equipped though beds could have been more comfortable and the lack of air conditioning should have been more prominent. It could also be why they have a mold problem. It was fine for a quick stay, but we won’t be returning.

The house, setting, accommodations, and location were spot on and really nice. The problems I ran into, parking. I’m not a huge reader of contracts etc and that’s on me. However, when a house/condo sleeps 8 I have a hard time when there are only 2 spaces allowed. It was not made clear to me up front that this was the case. Again, it’s probably in the contract if I had read the fine print. I feel like it should have been made more obvious such as how many bathrooms etc comes with the condo. We made it work and there was no problem but it sure was a pain to shuttle 2 cars to be parked over 2 miles away. PS, the electronic lock on the front door stopped working and thankfully one of the sliding windows was unlocked.

Loved the place. Super close to the ski and tubing areas.

We loved the place. Each room had it own thermostats which was my favorite. The teenagers loved the double bunk beds. Parking was close to each unit. It was in close driving distance to the ski slopes and tubing area. Not real close to walk those hills though. All the tvs worked with Netflix and plenty of stuff to cook with. We would stay again.

Excelente lugar

Me encanto la cabaña, estaba muy limpio, super bien equipada, cubiertos, hollas, platos, vasos, algunos condimentos que la gente va dejando, suficientes toallas y cobijas, juegos de mesa, utensilios de limpieza de todo tienen, volvería a rentar con ellos sin pensarlo 2 veces. Esta a menos de 5 min de Sugar mountain ski resort, menos de 10 min para el automercado mas cercano. Si pudiera dar mas estrellas lo haria
