This was probably the worst stay i’ve ever had. There was no disclosure that their reception computers magically stop working after 3pm, which is ironically the exact time they tell you to check in. Upon our arrival at our designated check in time, there was absolutely no staff only one lady that appeared to take on all roles in the facility (front desk, housekeeping, tech support, maybe even security?). When asking her for assistance, she dismissed us and told us our requests for a room that we had already pre paid for, was “not possible”. She proceeded to direct us to send our confidential documents to a random what’s app number for “check in assistance”. Then came the grand finale: a broken tax link that took nearly an hour to process one transaction of 11 euro which ended up being our determinant to receieving a room. All in all, check-in took over four hours which is honestly longer than my last international flight. Next time I want to feel stressed, ignored, and mildly scammed i’ll book with casa liro.
