It was wonderful staying at this hotel. The staff was kind and courteous. Our room was clean and spacious. This hotel has many amenities which is great! Too bad we only stood for one night. We will definitely stay longer next time. The only set back was the hair dryer for my wife was outdated and didn't work well and no Netflix or other cable stations.

I like the property being very close to the beach and several restaurants nearby that we can walk to. I would have prefer if there is a market nearby with groceries option, but it is a gas station with limited food/drinks. We rented a two bedroom apartment so I thought we would have two separate bedrooms + a living room/kitchen so 3 rooms total. Yet we instead got a combined living room/kitchen with a bed as a 2nd bedroom so 2 rooms total.

The room was decent with nice access to semi private pool. The pool was not heated and closed for swimming at 8pm which we thought was too early. The food in the restaurant was terrible, no quality and not fresh at all. Not Spanish authentic cuisine that was expected. Very disappointed. The drinks were nice though and a good selection. Room was clean and spacious. Check in was easy and the staff were lovely

As it is located in the Medina, it was very difficult to find. A street person guided us there and charged $20.00 USD for about 10 minutes of his time. Had a great massage and treatment at the spa. Room was comfortable and so was the bed. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
