I remembered when I made my reservation, the price is inclusive of hotel breakfast, but the hotel service staff says it’s was not mentioned. Can I confirm this ?

Tranquility, the view, and the hospitality and service of the staff in the resort. Quite far from city centre, but expensive food (though the food in Pantai is good & worth the money paid) and a lot of mosquitoes and lizards in the property. The state and condition of the furnishing and villa could have been maintained better, but otherwise had a memorable stay in the property.

Comfy bed and clean room. The toilet is big too. Only thing that need to improve is the check in process. Should try to limit each check in to 5 mins. Otherwise it will be a long wait for guests to check in.

The check and in service staff excelled but the restaurant staff specially the pool bar a d the roof top bar both need to up their game

Great room, room cleaning and the pool is great in the wvenings
