Stayed 1 night in the deluxe twin ocean view room. Very beautiful hotel . Would stay longer next round. Must swim in their pool. Infinity pool without the heavy price tag.

Its my 3rd time in Cassia Bintan,,the place is clean, well maintained still the same the 1st time i visited i think 5yrs ago. & the staffs are all kind & very polite.

I just wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks for the incredible hospitality during my stay here. From the moment I arrived, every detail was handled with care and professionalism, making my visit truly memorable. The warm welcome, friendly staff, comfortable accommodation, awesome facilities and beautiful surroundings all contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Beautiful property! The rooms and private outdoor spaces are so lovely! The restaurant food options were perfect. Every staff I crossed paths with was outgoing, polite and helpful. Super happy this was our unwinding spot after weeks of travel. Highly recommend!

The staff has been very friendly and very helpful! We love how we can cross over to holiday Inn for the kids activities while the hotel has the best swimming pool view!
