Clean and tidy with great views of the water. Close to great dining options. Unfortunately it’s very old with noisy, clunky doors that slam all up and down the hallway. Bathroom fans are so loud you can’t hear the tv, and not just your own. Walls are thin. Could hear things we definitely didn’t want to if you know what I mean😉

Bed was not comfortable and shower in the bathroom was not good..either extremely hot water was comming or extremely cold..very frustating. Otherwise the location was exellent for food,viewing walking distance etc

Old and tired accomodation.

The room itself was very tired and unlike the advertised photos. Location was great with a lovely water view. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were old. The corridors although non-smoking, smelt like cigarettes. Having no restaurant or cafe/ breakfast was inconvenient. There was no one after 8pm available or in the morning. Overall would not recommend this place unfortunately.

Batemans Bay has an absolutely beautiful area The property is right on the beachfront great access to all shops And dating areas, restaurants, cafes Beautiful walking track right out the front
