Ok, stay, should be cleaner

We stayed at this hotel a year ago, it was great. This time I noticed it was not very clean, the carpets need cleaning along with the sofas. Our sliding balcony window was not clear, not sure what happened to it, but you could hardly see out of it. The people working at the hotel, couldn't be any nicer, they're doing a great job.

A little hard to get to w traffic flow, but close to our event. Very clean room, bed was bearable but not great.

I was double charge for my room and still nearly 3 weeks later, have not been refunded. The 1st floor and lobby had water bugs. We had to be moved to a different floor. The swimming pool was over crowded with a sleepover birthday party. There were close to 15 kids staying in one room and only 1 adult present. We will not be returning.

No maid service for three days despite repeated requests. Skimpy furniture in the suite. No to-go coffee cups. Building is poorly maintained.

There are many great dining options within walking distance of the hotel. There's a shopping center across the street, a Wal-Mart and Sam's Club as well. The hotel also has a small restaurant and bar and Starbucks on site. Great location off I-10, convenient location.

I loved this property!!!!! The room was amazing!!!! The best room I've stayed in so far. Customer service was beyond excellent!!!! They were so nice and patient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who's visiting the Baton Rouge area!!!!
