I booked one night through Expedia and one night only and have screenshotted and link proof that I booked only one night. Upon arriving to the hotel it stated that I booked for multiple and they are trying to charge me over $700 for nights I didn’t book. You need to fix this

My child had an appointment at Lady of the Lake Children’s Hospital so we decided to book a room due to the long drive I can say it was well worth the extra spent for our trip. Staff are friendly from the very start and welcoming, the room is definitely a great size lot bigger than I’ve ever stayed in I got a double queen, inside and outside are very well kept up and clean, the breakfast was wonderful was tired from the drive so didn’t check out the gym if had more time I would have. 10/10 stay, location close to hospital which was amazing for me, close to restaurants, and gas station right there for someone who hasn’t drove that area much less I hate traffic this place was easy to access in and out. When time comes for our next trip we will be booking here again.

No problems with the hotel and staff - I received good service when checking in and out, and the room was clean. However, hotels.com listed this property as having crib/infant beds available (one of the reasons I booked here specifically), and they did not. Not the hotel’s fault, and we made it work. But that should be corrected here.
