The room absolutely felt neglected. Outdated decor is one thing, but several areas within the room itself were dusty, streaky, and stained- upkeep was clearly inconsistent and lack of attention to detail left the space feeling like cleanliness and customer perception were not priority.

Rooms are newly renovated and clean. The casino needs better air circulation. The smoke from the area that allows smoking takes over most of the whole area. Which is not enjoyable for people that can not stand cigarette smoke.

Entire 9th floor hallway had dirty dusty carpet that looked it wasn’t vacuumed. The rooms are very outdated. Furniture looked like it was chewed on . Dusty ; literal dust all over room . Also room 916 smelled stale. I chose a smoking room bc sometimes I smoke when I have a drink but entire floor smelled like burnt cigarette and ash tray . All my luggage still smells like tha room . Very dirty . Also people were very loud in hallway . Slamming doors and hanging out . FelT l was staying at a shelter or half way house .

Staff and hotel was phenomenal. A few items in the room seemed to have light damages (bed light fixtures) otherwise beitiful rooms and place. Definitely recommend to come visit

The ballroom for the wingfest was a great experience. The drinks were great in the casino floor and the casino was nice and clean. The waitresses made it a great place.
