Structure and amenities are good. We have had our reservations for months ~ staff from check in to housekeeping and its inspection process was failing on the day of our arrival ~ which by the way was 4:00!
We checked in ~ they checked us in under the wrong reservation ~ after taking our payment the error was uncovered ~ so two check ins to start ~ were told if there were billing errors we would need to work that out with Expedia ~ who had nothing to do with the check in error. We were left to occupy ourselves in the bar until the staff could inspect our upgraded room.
Over an hour later notice of the prepared room comes and we need to claim our keys in another long que.
we appreciate the upgrade yet the disappointment at the value and service for the price are totally underwhelming.
Having had 2 great recent experiences at Gaylord properties we are contemplating returning to Hyatt!
