Excellent location in old Bat'umi and easy walking distance to the beach and waterfront. An absolutely fantastic front desk staff. Their English was flawless and they truely wanted to do anything to make our stay more enjoyable. The suite was large with cooking facilities and washing machine. The hotel even supplied us with dishwashing and clothes washing detergents.

Olmayan bir otel ve magdurum

İnsanın aklıyla dalga geciyorsunuz. Olmayan bir oteli bana sattiniz, bu konuyla alakalı sikayetimi size ilettim bana dönüş yapacağımızı soylediniz, üç gün oldu hala aramadiniz. Ben size TLF la ulaşmak istiyorum ama aramalarıma cevap vermiyorsunuz. Bakın bu otel sitenizde var ama gerçekte bu adreste böyle bir otel yok. Acilen beni aramanizibve magduriyetimin giderilmesini istiyorum. Aksi taktirde hukuki yollara basvuracagim.
