amazing city hotel

One of the best hotels I've stayed at in Vietnam. Rooms are huge and homely with all the amenities you'd need like a kitchen with utensils, laundry machine etc.. Everything is clean and modern. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient to the old quarter / hoan kiem area My only minor suggestion for improvement would to fit thermostatic valves on the taps in the kitchen/bathroom as the water can come out close to boiling temperature so easy to burn yourself. They should limit the maximum temperature. But a very minor point on a fantastic hotel.

Itโ€™s located in City centre but not on the main street so itโ€™s very quiet and peaceful. All the staff members were very welcoming and kind. They helped us alot to find tourist attractions and recommended some nice local restaurants as well. Higly recommend this hotel.
