Enjoy this recently modernised Apartment - Handily located with a bus stop directly opposite the building that takes you into Belfast City Centre and 10 minutes walk from Lanyon Place Central Train Station. Enjoy easy on street car parking with a side lay-by and in the residential area The Mount situated across the road. Also available for medium to longer term Stays - Please message David The apartment is fitted with modern wooden floors through out and has a spacious modern fitted bathroom with a shower and bath. The water is instantly heated with a gas combi boiler to the apartment. I have fitted out the apartment to cater for business people or those on vacation coming to Belfast with high speed WIFI and a modern 55 inch+ smart TV. The bedroom is fitted with a comfortable double bed and mattress with high quality linens and clean done by a professional cleaning company to hotel standard. Guests can access the apartment by a main entrance door with one flight of stairs to the first floor. I am available to assist and communicate with guests throughout your stay via the app. Please communicate during normal working hours unless there is an emergency . There is a bus stop directly opposite the building entrance on the other side of the road of Castlereagh street that takes you directly into the city centre in 5-10 mins. There is also the option of the Glider bus on Albertbridge road at the other side of the building 30 metres away. Car parking - there are normally ample lay by parking spots on Castlereagh street and across the road at ‘The Mount ‘ a residential area.
Make yourself comfortable in this apartment, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. Conveniences include a microwave and a washing machine.

we spent 3 nights in the Matisse. We arrived in the night and could easily check in. It was all clean and the bed was really comfortable. Unfortunately, we couldn‘t connect to the wifi and I never got an answer to my message. We used the oven once which was working but made noices so it should be checked and fixed I guess We enjoyed our stay and can recommend the Matisse for a weekend getaway to Belfast
