    I had very bad experience with this hotel. The room was small but ok, however hotel is on very busy street and very noisy. I was unable to sleep at all due to all day all night traffic next to the hotel and needed to leave in the middle of the night during my second night to another hotel due to noise level and lack of sleep. I also found air conditioning in the room super noisy. The hotel is absolutely not worth the price, I don’t recommend it and will not book it again. Pros: front desk staff was very helpful.

    Very nice hotel. Excellent location, close to the center and attractions, with several cafes and convenience stores nearby. A1 shuttle bus to the airport in 5-8 minutes walk. Good breakfast. No elevator but stuff is very helpful in case you need to carry your luggage to upper floors.

    This was the nicest hotel stay I have enjoyed for a very long time. What sets it above other hotels is the quality of the staff and their helpfulness, friendliness and professionalism - the reception, catering and housekeeping staff were all excellent. This combined with a splendid breakfast choice and a really convenient location made for a very pleasant stay - highly recommended!

    Check in agent was very friendly and offered options on places to eat dinner near by, as well as places we could try for the next day. Every time we passed by him, he gave a friendly smile and made us feel welcomed. The rooms are clean and use all the space wisely. Wish we were staying here longer.

    The location was great! On Kralja Milana an easy walk to Starigrad and easy to get anywhere in the city. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff was very friendly and ultra helpful!. Some spots on the wall and carpet. Other-wise good!

    The one complaint I have is that the wifi is just not stable enough and provides a very frustrating experience. Beyond that the hotel is awesome.

    Customer service was excellent however it was lacking amenities and toiletries in the room, apparently the hotel only owned two irons and one ironing board so we had to return it after we were done... just thought it was different

    Good price. Good location (for my work) but good anyway. close to shops supermarket restaurants coffee Palace My only issue is that I was on the third floor and there's no lift working and I'm lugging up and down stairs tools 22 euro each way for collection and pick up to airport

    The staff was friendly. The food was good. But the best part was location. If you plan on arriving in Belgrade via train or bus, this is a good spot to make base

    Awesome reception

    The hotel service reception was amazing! Gave many recommendations and tips on where to go visit as well as eat. Hotel Is in a pretty good location. Rooms were facing the road and were noisy but that's cos I am a light sleeper. If you have a big luggage with you, I suggest you asked for a room on the first floor cos there isn't any lift

    Comfortable, convenient hotel

    Basically, very good, even the breakfast was reasonable (for a hotel buffet breakfast). The only criticism would be the shower, which worked fine, but there was no way to prevent it from splashing all over the bathroom. Staff were very friendly.

    When the staff knew we would be leaving early in the morning prior to the scheduled breakfast hours, they had a sack with sandwiches, pastries, and drinks for our early morning flight. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
