We had a room right near the lift so like all hotels it was noisy. Central heating had been changed to cooling right before a cold front so was freezing. Apart from these things the hotel and room was ok. Convenient near restaurants and transport.

Great location for an overnight stay before an early flight the next day. Even better that we were welcomed by friendly staff on arrival, shown to our very clean, spacious and comfortable room, and had a great, restful sleep in a good bed with silence. Thank you - we will be back!

We loved our stay. The location is so good with Town Hall station and light rail super close and short walks to everything. The hotel was quiet and the staff were very accommodating with requests. Definitely stay here again when in Sydney. Thank you

Excellent value for money, location and customer service from all staff. Stayed here over a weekend and the location was perfect, close to shops, food and attractions. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The only issue we had was on the Saturday night a pub behind the hotel had a dj on the rooftop which kept us awake all night. Would still recommend and stay here again

We had a lovely stay, the staff greeted us everytime we walked in and out of the hotel. The room was great, we came back to our room at then end of our day everyday to new towels and bed made. The location can’t get better, easy access to trams, trains and buses. Special thanks to Christine and Midia for your amazing service 😊 Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone
