I loved my stay at the Dann Carlton, the staff was very accommodating with me and my broken Spanish. Always smiling and happy to greet me. I really liked the gym set up with how the treadmills gave you an outdoor feeling. The dining options were great with pretty solid choices for breakfast. The restaurants, were good, I specifically enjoyed 43 Street, the vibe, the layout I really enjoyed. That’s where we ate most of the time. I like how it gave you the feeling that you’re sitting outside. My only hiccup was the restaurant double charged me for my food. I payed in cash every time I ate there. But at checkout I had a few unpaid tabs. I had to catch a flight so I didn’t have time to dispute. I would give the property 4.5 stars because I really enjoyed my stay and the property, the area was very nice and clean. But that double charge was a major surprise. But besides that, it didn’t take away so much from the stay and I will stay at the Dann Carlton from now on every time im in Medellín. Appreciate all the kind staff.

The staff was friendly and helpful . The room was comfortable and clean . The surrounding area was not what I expected. Nothing much to enjoy . To much pollution from cars so walking around was not very pleasant.

Hated soap and shampoo dispensers none really worked. You can not read what is inside them and product is poor quality. Some were empty and no way for cleaning staff to know. Only 2 cheapy towels and 2 cheapy hand clothes no wash cloths. Don't bother wit the tony romas restaurant if you think you are going to get the baby back ribs you remember. Just plain old spare ribs and definately not fall off the bone. Now called classic ribs hahaha. Onion ring loaf was good. Good breakfast many choices but cheapy hot dishes. Very good service from all the staff.

Nicer than I expected. Staff very kind and helpful. Everything very clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds. Terrific breakfast buffet which was included in the price of our stay. Rooftop revolving restaurant had great views and excellent food. There was a gym with good weight machines; I could do a full workout which is unusual for me in a hotel. Location is excellent.
