My stay was very nice. The room was comfortable and bed were very comfortable. My only complaint is the carpet had stains and the bathroom floor could have been cleaner. The celing in the bathroom was starting to peel so that was not so great and there was rust forming around the drain in the bath tub. Other than these things everything else was perfect.

I hate old style magnetic room cards. Every tims i went to use them they didnt work. At one point my toilet wouldn't flush. When we checked in we had reserved a single king room. They said none were cleaned yet (at 2:30) so they insisted we take a 2 queen room. When we got to our room the air conditioner was taken apart on the floor. They came and put it back together put still.lastly the lighting in the room was terrible it was always dark

Not a "Holiday Inn" experience 😔 This hotel felt like a one ⭐ hotel. Cheaply renovated, not to the standards of a Holiday Inn. I will not stay here again 😞

The hotel was nice, but the elevator was a little sketchy. The surrounding area felt a little unsafe but the hotel itself felt secure. The staff and everyone were excellent!
