Staff were great. Wheni I booked the web site stated there was a coffee shop. There is no coffee shop. No coffee shop or restaurants in the same block as the hotel. Need to walk into the old town which isn't too far. Minimal amenities in bathroom, only hand and body wash. Didn’t like the bed. Mattress protector under the bottom sheet was plastic backed making sleeping uncomfortable. Bathroom was clean and modern.

Although the staff were lovely and very helpful, the room felt very dated and I regretted not having gone to a cheaper hotel in the town as a result. The bathroom was particularly disappointing - the drain cover didn’t fit properly in the shower, the radiator had rust on the bottom and I was surprised that the only toiletries offered were shower gel and hand gel (no soap - and the shower gel placed ridiculously high!)

Great location but bare bones service

This hotel is located right across from (paying) underground parking but street parking is sometimes available. The area is noisy through midnight, especially if your room faces the main square. Rooms are modern. Service is so-so probably because they are short- staffed. The room phone did not work and was never repaired after notifying the front desk. The mini fridge was not plugged in and it took 2 days to get that fixed. There were hairs on the bed sheets. Prices are decent, reflecting the lack of bells and whistles. No real restaurant.

Clean and comfortable hotel, everything works and is in very good condition. Parking is excellent. The lady at check in was extremely friendly and pleasant. Great location for easy access to the old town
