There was no instruction on the check in and hence when we arrive at the resort we couldn’t find the exact location to collect our villa keys. We have to stop several times to get people to help us with the direction and point us to the right building to collect our keys. It should be at D Savoy Condo.

Studio accommodation is terrible. Broken elevators, mould in the bathrooms, furniture that needs to be replaced, zero cooking or washing facilities. The information provided on the website is misleading at best. Multiple amenities are run down and falling apart.

Unpleasant checked-in

I book hotel with a certain total amount including tax and service charge and choose pay at the hotel, during check-in i was asked to pay amount higher than agreed amount. Luckily i brought printed email confirmation and show the agreed amount. I was required to wait before the payment made.
