Walk into this spacious home and you may just want to gather around the gas fireplace. The big full kitchen and windows allowing in an abundance of the great Central Oregon sunshine. The bedrooms are each decorated with natural decor (try to find all the bears!) and provide plenty of space for guests to spread out. Grill up some dinner outside on the private gas grill while the sun goes down. Or take a soak in the private hot tub. This home also comes with SHARC passes that will provide guests access to shared pools, tennis courts, and other resort amenities. Take one of the four provided bikes and head down together!

What's nearby:
The home backs to a bike path and is located on North end. Guests can also drive to the Village at Sunriver three-and-a-half miles away and experience great shopping and dining. Sunriver has 40 miles of paved biking and walking trails connecting the town, making car-free transportation a breeze. When you are ready to explore outside of Sunriver, Mt. Bachelor is both a 23 mile drive away.

Sunriver vacation

A longer bike ride to the village than usual. Nice to have the bikes but 3 lost their chains shortly after getting on them. Most was very clean but rug in master bedroom had several big stains. I’m sorry we missed the part about taking the sheets off. We did clean pretty well before we left and felt we took good care of the home as we would have wanted. Nice to have tvs in each bedroom. It would have been convenient to have a bathroom for each bedroom. Games were great to have too.

Beautiful home ans great location!

We were visiting for a baseball tournament and shared the home with another family. It was the perfect size for us, 2 couples and 5 kids between us. Lots of room to spread out and have our own space but also a beautiful living area and a ginormous kitchen with lots of seating! It also came stocked with absoultely every single kitchen and serving item you could imagine with way more options than anywhere else i have ever stayed. We had gorgeous weather and enjoyed the patio, hot tub, and also utilized the sharc passes. The kids loved the easy access to the bike/walking path and there were lots of things in the garage to play with. Besides air hockey and ping pong, there was a big selection of sports balls, bikes, and other fun kid-friendly activities. We had some issues with the key pad for the front door not working due to some wifi issues (no fault of theirs) but things happen and they shared the code to the spare key lockbox which was a great backup for us. We had a great time and i definitely recommend staying here!

Spring Break Ski Trip

We loved this house. It was clean, well- appointed and spacious. We enjoyed the high ceilings & picture windows which filled the living space with afternoon light. Having a hot tub to soak in after skiing was really great. We hope to return in warmer weather to take advantage of the bikes & ping pong.

Wonderful house for families.

House was clean and very comfortable. Kitchen had every appliance you would want. Kids enjoyed the library of games and air hockey table. Management was very responsive and helpful. Would love to rent the house again!

A good stay

The house was comfortable for 8 of us. Beds were comfortable. We did have to pull chairs from the breakfast table to seat all of us at the dining table which only had 6 chairs. The kids loved the ping pong and air hockey. Adults enjoyed the hot tub. It would be great to provide some children's bikes. The kitchen layout is a little strange. Appreciated the clean refrigerator and plenty of pots and pans, serving dishes, utensils, plates, glasses and cups. Not a lot of counter space to prepare food. We did appreciate that there were some spices. I think you might want to let people know some of the kitchen appliances available in addition to hot water and coffee makers, e.g. waffle iron. I don't remember what else there was. This would be our second choice of where to stay in the future. We have stayed at another home which had slightly bigger bathrooms with places to put our stuff away as well as a kitchen that's a little better to navigate. That said, it is good to have another option as we stay in Sunriver fairly regularly since it is roughly half way between our children.

Nice spot!

House was as advertised. Well appointed with lots of games, puzzles, bikes, etc. All the kitchen gadgets were there, too, though having some foil or plastic wrap and more dish towels and paper towels would have been a plus.

Great Vacation Experience

The property is as presented and more so. Very comfortable and lots of room; well maintained. Great location if you want a little solitude and easy access to trails. Just what we wanted and more than expected. We will definitely rent again when our group size allows - we love Sunriver! We love this home!!

Fantastic home for our Road Trip with friends to visit Sunriver and Bend OR

Five stars all around for cleanliness and amenities. This beautifully decorated vacation home had it all for our group of 8 adults to enjoy the Sunriver community and nearby city of Bend OR.

Wonderful stay!

We spent 2 nights at this beautiful home celebrating our friend’s retirement from teaching! It was wonderful! The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary bowls, small appliances and gadgets we needed! There was a great selections of board games and options of large games in the garage! Although it was not as close to the village as I am used to, it was really fun to be able to walk along the golf course and over to the river. It was very peaceful and quiet and just a short drive to the village.

Fabulous house

We absolutely loved this house. It’s super clean and very well-maintained. The location is great. The layout of the house is fabulous as well. The kitchen has everything you could want, though it took us several days to find the knives (in the drawer of the island). The bed in the master bedroom is to die for! Best sleep we’ve had in years. The master bathroom is also amazing. I couldn’t find a hair dryer, which was definitely needed before going out into 20* weather, so I left one for the next guests. Our only issue with the house is that it doesn’t come with a snow removal service or even a shovel. The management company loaned us a shovel the second time it snowed, and we spent hours of our vacation shoveling. This house is amazing and would be totally worth a price increase to have a plow service come.

Gorgeous home!

This a great home! Lots of room, layout was awesome, wonderful house for families. Appreciated the ping pong table in the garage and the ability to use the five bikes. Look forward to booking this home again for our next summer vacay.
