Don't book for the pool and hot tub

I chose to pay a premium to stay here because of the pool and hot tub, but sadly the pool area was a bit gross - grubby, slightly murky water and the hot tub was "temporarily" out of action for repair, but looked like it had been in that state for a while with a missing tile and filthy inside. I only swam once in a 2 night stay where i normally would swim twice a day. The room was good, bed was a bit hot due to the latex mattress. Shower was just OK. Great location but not worth the extra 30% over other premium hotels in the City, in my experience

Great having late checkout as an option and breakfast specials. Very comfortable beds and spacious room. Loved the quirky decor. What a treat having a huge tv in the room and a pool to do a few laps.

Room was comfortable, but neighbors were very loud 2 of thex3 nights we were there. Front desk was not interested in doing anything about it. Shower had issues which we reported right away but nothing done about it.

If you like quirky, this is the hotel for you. Great size, interestingly furnished rooms and walk through the hotel to Cuba St with multiple restaurants and bars. The only downside is the size of the bathroom- the shower is awkward and tiny . Parking is also very limited so book early.

We upgrade to the top floor. Large comfy rooms With great views. The bathroom layout however needs some work. About ons square foot for toiletries isn’t enough! We didn’t use the kitchen, but Microwave had no power and pretty much had no accessories / utensils except for tea and coffee!

Def would stay there again

Great location and amazing staff. Large room with extra large TV. Only 2 complaints. No coffee in the room (plenty of tea) and the bar closed at 10pm even though it was filled with patrons.

Fun place to stay

Loved our corner room on the 8th floor! We were overlooking the city and felt like we were kings. The room had two full walls of windows; exceptional! It was decorated with lots of fun color too. The hotel was also right on the street with great places for dinner; could walk to several great spots. Had great parking as well.
