Escape to our updated, freshly painted 1650sq/ft Sunriver getaway, with new floors throughout. New Air Conditioner to stay cool in the summer. New furniture to cozy up to and stay warm next to the new fireplace insert. New 8 person hot tub to chill out and relax. Back decks w/BBQ for your leisure time. 8 SHARC passes, 8 adult bikes , baby gate. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac by the North golf course. Come relax and enjoy Sunriver for summer or winter fun. Always fun things to do!
Full disclosure: I have installed a Nest doorbell camera on the front porch.
It is helpful to monitor repairmen and for snow removal in the winter.
It is the only camera on the property.

Fully equipped kitchen with all NEW kitchen appliances, plates, glasses, pans, utensils, etc., etc. New Heater and Air Co. ALL NEW: 7 person, 40 jet Hot Tub, wood flooring and carpet throughout, all new furniture, 55" Smart TV, Blue Ray, Master King Bdrm, 24” flat screen, downstairs Queen bdrm 24” flat screen, new blinds, and BBQ. Bunk room with 2 sets of twin beds. Relax on the deck with new Patio furniture. 8 adult cruiser bikes, 8 SHARC passes (indoor pool open year round), Bumper Pool table, full size Foosball table, ladder game, giant Jenga game, ball toss, frisbies, soccer and footballs in garage.

Nice house, quiet neighborhood. Hot tub was a nice thing to have available. The upstairs tends to get very hot while downstairs is cool during the day. Then at night the kids downstairs got too cold while we were toasty upstairs. Overall, a good stay with the exception of the internet going down. Turns out the modem went bad on day 3 of 5 and the only way to get TV and our devices to work well enough, we had to pick up a new modem and install it ourselves. That required us to go to Bend and swing by the internet service provider office. We were headed to Bend next day anyway but we made an out of the way stop to pick up a new modem. We then had to set it up which was a bit of a pain but we got it working. Even set up the TV and smart climate control to the new network for the owner. Not owners fault but really annoying to have to deal with that while on vacation.

Wonderful stay!!!

Lovely property and host. Susan was so very responsive and accommodating. House was roomy with a lovely deck and on a quiet cut de sac. We loved the bikes and the house’s proximity to the river and hiking trails. Strongly recommend!!!

Wonderful stay!

The property and home were very clean. The management was very responsive and communicated clearly. Couple of disappointments with the home was how warm the upstairs area was. The bottom cooled with no issues but the upstairs got very warm in the afternoon. We opened windows and doors and used a supplied fan to cool it down. I think the home could use some ceiling fans to circulate the air a bit better. The hot tub was great, except it was a bit noisy at night when trying to sleep in the master bedroom. Overall, we were very happy with the stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and look forward to visiting again.

Property is exactly as advertised. Clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to cook breakfast, dinner, etc. Owner was responsive and on top of all communication. Master bedroom bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on! Would definitely recommend!!

Clean and good location

My family and I stayed at this house for about a week. It's a great location that doesn't get a lot of traffic, being on the North side. The house is really clean and the furniture and kitchen are newer. A few small items to be aware of: - Make sure to bring towels if you're using the Sharc. Sharc doesn't provide towels and this rental didn't want you taking towels off-site. - A couple of the bikes were a little worn - either flat tires or wobbly wheels. But there are enough you should find ones that work. - The master bed is a bit soft. But that's a personal preference. I ended up sleeping on the couch one night and it was great. Overall it was a great house and a great vacation.

Girls trip celebrating birthdays and retirement

This home was a great!! Nicely stocked kitchen, loved the coffee provided to get us started!! Thank you so much for the nice welcome gift which was a nice surprise!! The beds were comfortable and plenty of them for our group. This property also had a nice selection of bikes for all as well as lots of games which is a nice touch. Susan was great to communicate with. Would rent from her again!!

Amazing Host & Property

We adore Sunriver and have been there for the last 5 summers. This property is top our list. The home is located in the quiet golf-course end of Sunriver, which we prefer. Yet, it's easily accessible to everything on bike - Fort Rock Park, SHARC (8 passes included with the property), and even the Village. Susan is an excellent host. She thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable from a well stocked kitchen to fun games and a variety of bikes.

Sunriver winter coziness

Great house to hunker down amidst snowy Sunriver weather: a perfect central family room stocked with plenty of games, couches, fireplace and a big TV anchored our experience. Sleeping quarters and bathrooms were good, as was a kitchen with free coffee and popcorn. Nice, quiet North Sunriver location.

Great Family Getaway

Home was well appointed, beds comfortable. Susan cared to know about our family’s needs before we arrived and was ALWAYS punctual about getting back to us regarding any questions we had. We were really happy with everything at this property-we liked the quiet location, the house was clean and comfortable, the layout was great and we loved having all the bikes and games available. Wonderful Home in Sunriver

We really enjoyed this rental home in Sunriver. The property was clean, well equipped and communication with the home owner was easy. Susan provided clear check in/out instructions and was very responsive to questions. The home has a wonderful hot tub and the new flooring was a bonus. We appreciated being away from the noise of the SHARC, but close to Benham Falls and wonderful hiking trails. We will definitely stay again!

Great place in Sunriver!

My family of 5 and I stayed here in early summer 2022 and loved it. It had everything we needed and was in a great spot in northern Sunriver that is away from a lot of the crowds. We would stay here again.

Great House is Surniver

My teenage son had a lacrosse tournament in Bend and we decided to stay in Sunriver. Property was clean and had everything that we needed. 8 cruiser bikes, Board games, bumper pool, foosball, and cornhole. My teenage boy and his teammates had a blast and my wife and I were able to cook dinner on the grill and relax in the hot tub.
