Newly Renovated 3 Br / 2 Bath Sunriver Cabin With WiFi, A/C, Sharc Passes

This home is next door to our popular 4BR/3bath vacation home: 13 Witchhazel (https://www.vrbo.com/459304) which can be rented to accommodate larger groups. These homes are located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Sunriver, Oregon.

Both homes have been renovated and have new everything!
New flooring, new windows, new doors, new appliances and installation of central heat, air and a hot tub.

We have a strict NO PET Policy and NO, we do not make exceptions, sorry!

In the great room there is a 48 inch flat screen TV with Free Netflix and Amazon Prime, a blu-ray DVD player and WiFi.

The master bedroom has a queen bed with a brand new master bathroom with a spacious shower.

The second bedroom has a queen bed.
The third bedroom has a bunk bed and a twin daybed with trundle to sleep 4.

A new deck was installed April 2018.

When you rent this home, 8 SHARC passes are included.

This home is located off Cottonwood road and Beaver drive and is central to all that Sunriver has to offer: The SHARC recreation center, tennis courts, Golf courses, Sunriver Village, miles of biking trails and rafting on the Deschutes River and is a quick 30 minute drive to Mt Bachelor.

Wonderful Stay

Great option for a group stay. The couch comfortably seats six, and the place was very clean. Clear instructions, though we had to search for the hot tub key. The only downside was the hot tub being lukewarm, with settings that wouldn’t go higher. There was also an unusually strong chlorine smell, which caused eye irritation after 30 minutes, and the smell lingered even after showering. It may have been due to a recent cleaning.

This newly renovated house makes a great headquarters for any trip to Sunriver/Bend. Would definitely check out their bigger property after staying at this one if I had a bigger crowd.

Honeymoon

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. And it was quite more than enough room for us. The house was very clean and welcoming. The deck and hot tub was a nice bonus. There was a couple of mornings we were greeted by deer! Definitely recommend staying here.

Great vacation home in Sunriver!

We loved staying here for a our annual Sunriver summer vacation trip. The house was super clean & updated and had everything we needed. Check in & out was very easy. The house backs to an open area which was nice. We enjoyed sitting out back on the deck. Great location!

Sunriver family vacation

Great neighborhood and deck. Enjoyed the hot tub. Had family in the house next door which was very convenient!! The house was close to all the Sunriver resort venues. The couch was very uncomfortable and kitchen cupboards a bit dated but we had what we needed and enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful property and friendly ownership and staff

We had a great stay. Wonderful house in a perfect location. We had a mixup that was my fault and showed up one day early for checkin. I thought I had confirmed an extra night but it never went through. The owner and staff were very understanding and kind with my mixup, and allowed us to stay and pay for the night. Very helpful, highly recommend this property.

This house was perfect for our family of 4. Great setup for 2 kids room on one side of the house and master on other side. The hot tube was great and worked amazingly. Looked like no neighbors were home so we basically had the entire loop to ourselves. No bikes there so take your own bikes.

Perfect spot for family of 6

This home was perfect for our 3-night stay in Sunriver. We enjoyed the SHARC passes and the hot tub. The kids enjoyed the toys in the bedroom closet, and the layout was perfect for two adults and 4 kids, with the primary suite on one end of the home and the two kids bedrooms on the opposite end. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, as well as some pantry staples like salt, pepper and coffee filters. The door code was easy to use to access and lock the home. The location was great! Not too far from a bike path, and nice and quiet. It was a 15 minute walk to the Fort Rock playground, a 6 minute drive to the SHARC, and a 6 minute drive to the Village. The home was clean and came with sufficient towels for the showers and for the SHARC. The washer and dryer came in handy, as did the a/c. Several deer greeted us in the backyard shade as we arrived. Overall, a great home for a family of 6 in Sunriver!

Great location

The house is in a great spot; fairly private and close to everything. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. There are a few items that need attention like the missing toilet seat cover, broken fridge drawer and missing floor molding at the entrance. Overall the home is clean and comfortable EXCEPT the beds. We left a night early because the beds were soooo uncomfortable that none of us could sleep well. I literally tried every bed in the house and the only one that was sorta comfortable was the bottom bunk. Upgrade the beds and we would certainly be back.
