Small room but great staff

The 2 members of staff on reception were fantastic (special thanks to Jake) However, we were disappointed with the room. Although it was perfectly clean, it was much smaller than I had expected from the photos, on which I based my choice of hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent, the breakfast buffet was excellent, as were all the members of staff we encountered.

Very nice hotel. Only disappointment was the ongoing renovation work being carried out. I appreciate this has to be done some time but they could have stopped during breakfast hours. Staff amazing and super timely and helpful. Great location

Nice hotel in very convenient location - short walk from the beach and loads of shops, bars and rstaurants nearby - easy 15 minute walk to the old town. Room was quite spacious with a very nice balcony. The buffet restaurant was excellent for breakfast and dinner. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent location for all of Benidorm. Located within minutes walk from the bus stop giving easy access to to Alicante airport bus. You can't get an more hassle free transfer.
