I had an appointment at Nebraska Med Center for a specialst. My staff made a res for 3/19 which was my appt with this specialist, Were in a terrible snow storm so I booked one night for 3/18. I am a cancer survivor and I have waited to see this Dr since Oct. I tried to get a refund after explaining. Expedia said I would be charged $200 if I cancelled it I was told to talk to the Hotel. The hotel said I had to go through expedia. Granted I have more on my mind than $70 but I was treated so rude. It was.like Im sorry but Im stuck and Not willing to sacrifice out of common courtesy. I will NEVER USE EXPEDIA AGAIN unless there is some compensation. Your industry is very competitve and I thought we could come come to some settlement. The Mede center has a lot of patients in long stay and they will hear about this unless something ps resolved

The site is hard to find. It is not on a road, but in areas accessible from parking lots where it is not readily visible. The keys failed on a daily basis. We had to get them reset every day. The indoor pool and the gym were not available. The cleaning service did not respond to the clean room request, then came on a day when we did not request room cleaning. Breakfast was adequate: waffle machine, 3 cereals, a fruit each day. The coffee machine was out of order 2 days.

My room had a Walter leak, pool was closed, lobby had a water leak, drying towels, had stain on it , there was mold all over the ceiling and in the bathroom, there are stains on the couch in my room. My bed frame was broken in my bed was a lump sided.

First off, we did not get the room that was pictured on Expedia. It was literally the ONLY reason I booked this hotel. Secondly, the entire hotel smelled like cigarettes. The peephole in the room door was out, leaving a hole you can see right into the room. Like, you can stick your finger right through it. The breakfast was only cereal with room temperature milk and very stale bread. It was hard as a rock. So, I opted out of getting breakfast and figured I’d get orange juice from the juice machine. Again, no. There was mold growing on the juice machine. All in all, this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Ok, so I decided to get a room here for 2 nights to do a stay cation with my kids and husband. I booked the king suite with a hottub in the room. It seems like every hotel i find never has a hottub, so i finally found one with it in the room, Bonus!! The hotel itself smells good, overall clean and looks nice. The pool was cool. Plenty of room, it could be warmer since it is -10 and snowing outside but thats my opinion.. The area itself needs major improvements. The celing was falling apart and the pool is chipping all over. They offer breakfast in the mornings, definitely needs improvements. Different variety of muffins, maybe fruit, oatmeal, more milk for those who actually want to drink it. Maybe have some pancakes and scrambled eggs, and bigger napkins, and bigger plates if your going to have waffles. Its not the greatest for sure. Only one elevator so hold your patience. The rooms are very spacious and decent. The bed was incredibly soft, we had a couch bed, my girls slept on that. However, the mattress was gross, that bed should have a plastic cover over the mattress for protection and come with bedding for the sofa bed, i asked and got nothing but a queen sheet. My TV was messed up at the bottom, i asked for a different one and they attempted to replace it but brought in a much smaller tv then what was in my room, and didn't have the correct connection so we just kept it. Furniture is broken and outdated. The price is not bad for sure, and i would stay again.
