We loved this hotel. It’s a heritage hotel, I.e. old with a lot of character. The room was a good size. The service was excellent. The breakfast was great. We will definitely come back here the next time we visit Wellington.

Nice room and pretty hotel once you find it!!! There is no entrance by car from the street… You have to park in a garage and then find spots designated for the hotel and then take elevators, but that is not described anywhere in the reservation information

The room was beautiful. It looked newly renovated and the bathroom was lovely as well. The bed on the other hand was horrible. The bed was extremely hard! The manager of housekeeping tried his best to help make it more comfortable but no luck.
