Excellent hotel close to the train station. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is top class and the choice of food is amazing. We had a late flight and we were able to pay a little extra to keep the room until late afternoon. This was a great facility. Highly recommend this hotel.

This is a terrible place to stay. The place was dirty and towels are like used rags. The breakfast area is too small for all the guests. I would avoid this hotel if possible. The staffs are very friendly people. The place is close to Alexander Platz station.

Pretty cute and clean hotel in a great location near major attractions. Very decent breakfast. However, the rooms are very small and we were required to pay additional’city taxes’ although our Expedia reservation explicitly said ‘all taxes and fees included’

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, spacious but a little bit dated. The location of the hotel is very convenient, Alexanderplatz is a short walk and there are many excellent cafes and bakeries also within walking distance. Reception staff service was adequate. We would stay here again for the convenient location.

Great deal for comfortable and clean hotel in central location in Berlin. The breakfast was amazing! The immediate area is not nice/interesting but it is very easy, safe and quick to get anywhere you want to be. There is no common area to hang out in the lobby.

Great hotel in a great location close to Alexanderplatz. Easy to get to feom the airport by train. Let us check in 4 hours early which was great. Next door to a beer hall with outside area and ealking distance to a lot of main tourist attractions and bus tours. Good breakfast and staff were always really helpful. Highly recommended and would definitely book again

This was a good hotel and we especially liked the varied (and clearly marked) vegan food at the breakfast buffet. The room was comfortable and relatively quiet for a city centre hotel. The location is excellent with very easy access to Alexanderplatz railway station (connections to the airport and S and U-bahns). There is also a tram which stops very near the hotel. The only improvement would be full blackout curtains. Overall, though, this was a very good hotel and would recommend!
