A nice hotel in a central location. Clean comfortable rooms, nice bathroom and shower facilities with underfloor heating. The breakfast offering was good, lots of choice and nice coffee. The surrounding area is looking a lot more rundown than previous visits to Berlin but I guess that is the reality of modern European cities now. Aside from that I enjoyed my trip to Berlin on this occasion.

Excellent location and value for the cost. From front desk to breakfast service staff , they were all amazing. Special recognition to Barbara who works at the restaurant during the breakfast shift. She welcomed me every morning with a warm smile. She was superb and attentive.

Pros: Walkable distance to AlexanderPlatz, convenient with HopOn-HopOff stop. Some market stores arount. Patking inside the hotel. Cons: Not friendly front desk, not explained that room service should be requested. Requested king bed and 2 twins (for kids), got 2 rooms with twin beds which was switch to correct room types (had availability since we arrived earlier that check in time). Mattresses are hard, pillows paper thin and clumpy. 2 pillows barelly enough for 1 person. Water for coffee complimentary only at the arrival and coffee pods only 2 in the room (so if you want more then one cup you have to run to front desk). Rooms and sheets are clean, but the futniture and tge carpet condition is pretty bad. Breackfast descent but not enough sitting space. For the tabke of 4 we waited for the table and when sit down was not enough space between tables. For the price you better stay in H2 hotel if you are planing not yo stay in the room.

Comfortable stay

The bed was very comfortable. There was very little storage space. Room phone didn’t work. Hotel staff was friendly and spoke English. Location was great and central close to Alexanderplatz. There was no fridge and cleaning on request only. Seemed air conditioning didn’t respond properly.
