Good location, within easy walking distance of station and U-Bahn. Lots of places to eat and drink near by. Room was clean and functional. Pillows need replacing are just empty bags with a couple of feathers floating around inside. Breakfast was very good with good selection of food which was kept well stocked. Overall pretty good for the price.

The room was clean and bright with plenty of space. The lack of drawers was a bit disappointing as two of us shared the room, but nonetheless it was a good sized room. Staff were friendly and welcoming and also helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of options that my grandson enjoyed. It's a good location. Close enough to Alexanderplatz for access to excellent transport options and next to the amazing Hofbrauhaus Berlin. One thing that did irritate was the presence of two complimentary bottles of water but no means that either of us could discern, to open them

The breakfast was amazing and was worth the stay at the hotel. The beds were hard. Carpets had not been vacuumed. Other than that, the reception was great. All staff was very accommodating.

H4 hotel Berlin I stayed for 1 days and really enjoyed my time here. The staff were friendly and helpful.The breakfast buffet was good, and my room is nice with a clean bathroom. The hotel is close to city's, metro and shopping areas, which made getting around easy. Overall, I’d rate it 4 stars ⭐️ and would recommend it to anyone visiting Berlin Germany!

The stay was alright, but we had to evac the building for 30-40 mins at 3am because of a "technical fault". There were no explanations or apologies by the staff. Room service does not happen unless explicitly requested.

For a 4 star hotel I was surprised by the lack of housekeeping. The hair dryer kept cutting out. The lack of customer service by all but one lady at the front desk was also surprising. Totally uninterested in helping customers with anything. I requested extra pillows. They never came. We asked for information and were told to find it on google. Really? 3 star property with 3 star service. Decent location.
