The bed was comfortable but the nightstand was in rough shape, as was the carpet (both very worn). The floor lamp in the room didn't work. Overall the lighting in both the bathroom and the bedroom was very poor. The bathroom sink had fine cracks all through it. There was only one towel rack in the bathroom and it was in the shower. There wasn't anywhere to hang a hand towel, robe, etc. The bathroom also did not have any tissues in it. There was an empty holder though. The reviews I read about the carpeting in hallways being puckered is true. I would have been very concerned if my elderly mother had been with me. She fell and broke her hip a year ago under similar circumstances. The staff I encountered was the woman who checked me in and out. She was not rude, but not welcoming either. The two ladies I passed by who were with housekeeping were very pleasant though. They said good morning and have a nice day and seemed genuine. For $160 for 1 night and breakfast not provided, I would have been happier somewhere else.

The breakfast choices are okay, but the food is just okay. It’s edible. The hotel was easy to get to. Check in was smooth and easy. The staff is wonderful there. My room was nicely appointed and very clean and comfortable. Overall a pleasant stay

The room we got stunk like cigarettes. We notified the front desk and were immediately given a perfect room. If you ignore the bad room I would give this hotel 5 stars. The place looked and felt like new which was really nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Halls and rooms are Old and worn out. Carpet in halls need replaced badly. My rooms exterior wall was damaged from water and the room smelled like smelly feet. Most likely from water damage. The bed was comfortable and the room was as clean as it could be. The place needs renovated in the rooms. No bedbugs so that’s a plus. All Staff was very friendly and bar staff was very accommodating and on top of serving. No continental breakfast.
