Lovely renovated, Coastal Style condo, just steps to the beach! This quaint retreat is conveniently located in the beachfront community of North Bethany Beach.
This home provides a well stocked kitchen with stainless appliances, a breakfast bar, two bedrooms and a living room with a sleeper sofa. The first bedroom has a queen bed and second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full on bottom and single on top. This home is just down the street, walking distance, to Matt's Fish Camp, part of the SoDel Concepts restaurants.
Washer and dryer, inside the unit, additional washer and dryer outside the unit, and outdoor shower for guest's use after a day at the beach.

This home is perfect for your weekend retreat or week long vacation by the sea!

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towel sets for each guest.

This is a non smoking, no pets, residence.

Cutest little beach nest ever!

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo is tiny but every inch is so adorable and all the space is used beautifully. I wish I could transport the living room/kitchen area to my own home. Plenty of room for three of us to stretch out for movie watching and lots of space at the kitchen counter/bar for us all to eat. The beds were heavenly comfortable, including the sheets the property managers have delivered. And btw, the people who manage the property are SO NICE and SO HELPFUL. As to location, It is the quickest 2 min walk to a beautiful part of the beach, which was not crowded AT ALL. Matts Fish Camp is right on the corner and the food is delicious. This spot was a 10 out of 10 for us.

Great location. Just steps to the beach in one direction and just steps away in the other direction from Matt's Fish Camp restaurant for great seafood take out!

Great location, a short walk (less than 1/2 block) to the beach. Everything worked! Great TV & entertainment package! My wife, her sister & I loved it.

Beautiful and cozy condo!

My family and I stayed during July 2023 and the condo was perfect for us! It has been recently updated and is in great shape. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cooking necessities. Having a washer and dryer in unit is so convenient, especially for families with little kids. And it is so close to the beach - the walk is literally less than a minute. Since the beach is private to Tower Shores, it is not crowded and we were able to keep our beach gear out when we went back to the condo for nap time without worrying about whether it would still be there when we returned. The only issue we had was the queen mattress - it wasn’t very comfortable for us. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay and we would book again!

4th time staying Tower Shores area. Always nice neighbors, no crowds on beach, convenient to get to Bethany & Rehoboth boardwalks. Unit is up to date and comfortable to stay in.

Great place , perfect location . The only negative is, if there is renters above or next to you , it’s very loud , there’s no insulation between apartments ! Overall a great place !

Great property

Beautiful, perfect location, and fair price. The rental company who manages this property has a limited check-in process (must drive to their office, 10 min away to get keys, and it’s late, earliest check in is 4pm) and cleanliness was disappointing considering the $100 fee, but overall it was a great stay. Pictures are accurate! Beautiful little place!

Gorgeous home!

Beautiful home and very clean. Loved the location and access to private beach just a minute walk away. Being down the road from Matt’s fish camp was a great restaurant option. Only comment would be hearing the people upstairs walk around as the floors above were very squeaky.

Bethany covid beach week

Great little beach condo. Short two minute walk to beach . Well stocked kitchen, had everything we needed to prepare meals. Great little deck with outdoor dining area we ate dinner there most nights. Despite covid enjoyed our time. Would like to see a remote keypad entry , easier access for all and no key to keep track of . More efficient check in and check out for all!

Great Location

This very clean well decorated apartment was so close to the beach and we just loved it! It was also convenient to have Matt's fish camp right down the street, we could walk to the restaurant and they have fantastic food. Lots of families with kids... We made a lot of friends.

Great location in North Bethany

Perfect place for a week-long visit to Bethany Beach for a couple or small family. Two adequate sized bedrooms and nice updated open kitchen and living area. Clean updated small bathroom with tub shower. Good sized closets. Nice front porch. Central A/C rather loud when running. There was an outside shower listed as an ammenity but it’s really like a closet underneath the building next to where you park your car. It’s not at all inviting, which was disappointing. The location was perfect for us, steps from the beach. Overall, it was a great stay.
