Welcome to a beautiful top-floor penthouse condo at the Sea Breeze Resort, the only resort complex located directly on Biloxi Beach. All other Biloxi resorts are across the busy highway 90, this one is right on the beach! Located 2.4 miles from the Biloxi Lighthouse and beach center, this condo is on a less crowded beachfront area. Take the elevator from your top floor condo down to ground level and step out onto miles of sugar sand beaches to stroll and collect shells. This condo has a ceiling to floor glass windows on the west side to fully appreciate the incredible Gulf sunsets. There's also a private balcony for personal sunning, or to sit and share a glass of wine and watch breathtaking sunsets. Explore the Biloxi area - great restaurants with amazing Cajun and seafood cuisine, casinos with fantastic shows, golfing, fishing, boating, museums, art, and warm southern hospitality. The new Biloxi Board-walk passes right by this resort's back door; stroll the boardwalk with your red-solo-cup to many high quality restaurants and casinos.

Our 1427 sq ft, 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is beautifully furnished, with an open floor plan. it is the largest 2 bedroom floor plan at Sea Breeze. Both bedrooms have a private bath and the master suite bathroom has a separate shower and whirlpool tub. The master bedroom and living room have floor to ceiling windows with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances (full size refrigerator with ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher) everything you need to gourmet cook. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar. There is a 42" Smart TV in the living room for movie watching, TVs in each of the bedrooms, cable, and free WIFI access. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room. We have 2 reserved parking spaces, one covered, one fenced. The resort has 2 saltwater pools, complete gym with sauna, and a large common gathering room on the second floor of the complex. We take great pride in making sure our unit is sparkling clean and very comfortable, the linens are high quality and there are starter supplies of most everything you might need.

SPECIAL NOTES: Guests must read and acknowledge and agree to our Rental Agreement and provide a state issued photo ID matching the name on the credit card used for payment within 24 hours of making the reservation. Guests who do not provide this may have their reservations cancelled.

Anniversary Trip

Beautiful penthouse with great views. Host had a great bottle of wine awaiting our arrival to celebrate our anniversary. Easy access to the boardwalk and restaurants. Highly recommend booking this property if you are looking for a great place to stay in Biloxi.

This was my first time doing something like this and at beginning it was easy the owners were very respectful and responsive to messages . The penthouse is absolutely amazing if you anit use to feeling like a million bucks for a moment. The smoking thing I understood the rules and we abided the smoking rule but they said it smelt like smoke and I came completely understood smoke free place but renting to people who smoke our stuff will smell like smoke if we abide by rules of going to smoke downstairs it was so wendy but if we returned to room we woulf smell like smoke but out of respect i should have shown maybe washed eberytging as we enetered the property and should have left spray outside or a shirt maybe . Only issues beds anit best as for softness but it so pretty you may not even notice . Also 2nd day of stay it says fridge takes 24 hours to get to temp. Well i spent over 168.00 on groceries onoy to learn it either needed freeon or new filter but again from the generosity i recommend this place to book !!!!

Everything was great. Our host left us a small welcome gift for us on arrival. The sunsets on the balcony were so nice. It was the perfect location to take in the Madri Gras parades around the Gulf area. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful location, beautiful views, quiet beach and very convenient to walk up the boardwalk to a variety of eating/drinking establishments. As long as you aren't looking for a big surf area, this place is perfection.

Doesn’t get any better than this…

If you’re looking for an upscale, cozy condo right on a beautiful stretch of one of Biloxi’s beaches, it’d be hard to beat this place. A top (10th) floor unit that looks out right over the beach with amazing views of the Gulf, makes this rental property a beach vacation dream spot. The unit was spotless, beautifully furnished, and in perfect working order. Well appointed with everything you might need …especially in the kitchen, the property management was well organized, very responsive, and threw in some nice hospitality/welcome touches like a complimentary bottle of wine for our arrival. My Wife and I will def be coming back to this unit next time we’re Biloxi beach bound !

Biloxi Beach Condo

This was a great location right on the beach. We used it as a base to explore the Gulf from Gulf Port to Pensacola you in February. Had what we needed, beds were comfortable (we used both. ) Appreciated many details. Kitchen floor was not clean and metal faces of appliances had or were falling off and we had to tape up. The fitness center was a bonus, but the pool was not heated in February, the Gulf was warmer, swam with the dolphins and manatees ( most folk wouldn’t.) We’d stay there again. Just know what you are in for after the summer season.

Juli was an amazing host. She communicated with me very clearly prior to our stay to make sure my needs were met. The condo is in a perfect location right on the beach. Juli provides several complimentary extras that is above and beyond the normal hosting. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Spring Break Get Away

Very much enjoyed the stay at this lovely property. The location was perfect for our needs. The condo unit itself has a nice view of the bed and a lovely veranda to sit on while enjoying our morning coffee. The master bedroom does catch the evening sun in the spring and that can heat the room up quite quickly if you keep the curtains open. The development itself is a little old and was undergoing some needed renovations while we were there, but this will undoubtedly only enhance the experience of future guests.
