Grotty looking building. No elevator, had to drag suitcases up several flights of stairs & along multiple long corridors to room. Worse nights sleep at a hotel ever, the beds are rock hard & so uncomfortable had a sore hip when I left. The bathroom was clean and modern. Wish I had booked a Premier Inn instead, will never book a Holiday Inn stay ever again.

Nice family friendly hotel

Helpful staff who made us feel welcome. Good facilities for the family, wnjoyed breakfast and the swimming pool. The kids also enjoyed their welcome packs and voucher.

Quiet location, good breakfast

It was a nicely decorated room, and the toiletries were good quality. The air conditioning did not work, and it did get quite warm. The breakfast was very good, and was well stocked. The staff are friendly and accommodating. It was peaceful and you could not hear traffic which was good. I liked the leisure facilities, especially the heated pool and steam room.
