Staff was not friendly or professional. The manager hung up on one of my colleagues that was trying to pay over the phone for additional rooms. No cleaning service for the 10 days that we were there and provide only one roll of toilet paper per week.

The manager is disrespectful

Manger is very rude. When I called front desk and asked about my husbands firearm to see policy she instantly started cursing I had to correct her and tell her to not speak to me in that manner as it's unprofessional and she hung up. When I arrived I was told that they had no incoming reservations. I opened Expedia and showed my confirmation number and then was told only reservation was for me but they didn’t have a room for me. Almost went the whole Seinfeld episode on taking reservations and holding them. Lol But was a good thing because place was very sketchy. Cars in lot were almost all junkers. I think one even had a bullet hole in passenger door. My son who lives in the area said yeah police presence is there a lot. It had only 3 reviews but they were good reviews and pics of rooms look nice but definitely not a good place to stay.
