The property is rated as 4 star, however it lacked amenities and services necessary to warrant the 4 star rating. The staff was nice, and obviously had no control over other guests attempting to check in. The other guests created such a nuisance that a normal 15 minute check in resulted in over an hours wait beyond normal check in time (4pm) The restaurant/bar on site had harsh overhead lighting, very limited selections of food and drinks and wasn't the relaxing atmosphere we were expecting after driving all day. The hotel is attached to a mall which made it nice to run and grab a couple of items we had forgotten to pack. The downside was that it was a mall in a rougher neighborhood and the mall clients had access to the hotel areas as well (at least the higher floors required a key to access). We got breakfast at the same restaurants the following morning and while they had a buffet, it was really expensive and the food wasn't great, it was an average hotel breakfast that at a Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn would've been complimentary. I would not recommend staying here due to the prices and expectations listed on line, they didn't match up. The staff was nice and the room was spacious, if you're okay with paying $400+ for that then this place is for you, if not a mid level hotel chain priced around half this is a far better option

The rooms were very well appointed. The staff were amazing. The reason gor the 4 stars in some categories was because the hot water in the sink was not very functional. Aside from that, I'd definitely return to this property.

Check in was rough due to computer problems but the room and hospitality was excellent. The prices in the mini mart are beyond gouging. You would think they'd treat customers fairly but instead they get all they can. Room was great comfortable and quiet. Bedding and towels all very clean or new. One lady at front desk went above and beyond to make sure we had coffee and a requested item. Front desk needs to conduct themselves professionally at all times. I watched a Manager chew out an employee which was embarrassing for both of us and in my opinion unnecessary.
