Very nice lobby area. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Has laminate floors in the rooms so no dirty musty carpet!! Bed is very comfortable.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was dirty, with visible flying insects, making it completely unhygienic. The hallway was filled with dirt. When I reported it, the staff was unhelpful and simply offered a "I’m sorry." It was so bad that I ended up checking out a day before. I do not recommend staying here.

Very convenient

I checked in online so when I got there it was quick and easy to get my key! The room was nice and clean! The bed was super comfortable the only thing I would change is the pillows they were super soft but the size of throw pillows and I had to use all 5 that was on the bed! I would prefer regular pillows! It was quiet at night! The shower was nice the water didn’t get quiet as hot as I like but it was good! The first morning I was there the breakfast was limited but I was down there at 6:05 because I had an early doctor’s appointment to get to! The second morning there were more options but it was 8:30 when I went down! The pool was nice and had loungers in the sunlight and in the shade! The courtyard was very nice! Check out was quick and easy! I chose this hotel because I had numerous appointments at UAB over the 2 days! It took me about 15 minutes to get to UAB hospital and Kirklin Clinic and it was easy to navigate and not to much traffic!

The doors and walls are like paper. People yelling at each othwr until the early morning hours sounded like they were at the end of our bed. No sleep had at all. Staff was kind.
