They emailed me confirmation my room would be heated prior to my arrival. This wasnt done and there isn't enough blankets on the bed. It is winter.

Love the airport free shuttle pick up at 2am. Check in was hassle-free and so quick. Arrived at 2am from Rarotonga and just needing a bed before our flight back to Christchurch at 1pm. Was so easy to adk for late checkout. We rested well enough. Family room was super spacious, everything looked new even the beds. Very clean. Highly recommended.

Most importantly the shuttle bus got us to the airport perfectly on time. Beds soft but not painfully Had to move rooms due to the ridiculous amount of air freshener and even then open the windows and turn the fan on Shower very decent Sleep mask required from the faulty motion sensor lights outside the curtains Ear plugs useful especially near the carpark or laundry Fair enough for the price

This is a good option close enough to the Airport and with a free airport shuttle. Overall the room was comfortable, though the bathroom was a little dated but it was more than enough space for our family of 4. Staff weren't super helpful though, their ATM didn't work for international cards which I found bizarre and overall it would be okay for a single night but not much to do around (other than pokies onsite - make sure you have cash though).

Close enough to the airport for it to not be a hassle, which was perfect after our long flight. Basic room with bed, side tables, tv, desk, coffee station, bar fridge, and full bathroom - it's all you really need after spending two days on a plane. Room was clean and tidy, bed was comfortable, bathroom was modern.

What I really like about the hotel is the shuttle service and thr drivers. The reception service are average. The room is quiet old but it was clean though. There was flies in the room. The toilet was clean and it's quite modern comparing to the room itself. There were tea and coffee sachets but there were no complementary water bottles. There was an iron and its stand but I didn't use them since it was one night only.
