Organized airport pickup, followed all instructions and it still took double the estimated time at 50 min standing outside on a cold rainy night waiting. Limited meal options and finding a long black hair in the meal indicated the level of sophistication in the kitchen. I would avoid eating.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, because, New Zealand. They dont make any other kinds of people there. Everything went smoothly. Pick up from a port, and drop off.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This hotel exceeded my expectations for the price and description. The room was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the reasonably priced food options and the free gated off-street parking. While the regular rooms don’t have AC or heating, the fan provided was sufficient. The remodeled bathroom was a nice touch. I was so pleased with my stay that I ended up returning for the remainder of my trip, as it was much nicer than my other accommodation in the CBD. Highly recommend!

It was a quick stop before we flew out, nothing spectacular but clean. Mattresd were not the greatest, they were old spring mattress but okay for just the night. Only frustrating point was that it shows 24 hour checkin and we arrived about 1 am but they had left to pick up people from airport and no one was availabe until about 10 min.

I'm a seasoned world traveler, so only write reviews when a property exceeds my expectations. This hotel ticked every box: clean, comfortable, friendly and convenient. The Wifi was free and fast. The driver waited to pick me up, the receptionist gave me an early check in and late check out. Plus, it's one of the least expensive hotels at AKL. Highly recommended.

Not too far from the airport with a very convenient shuttle bus. The room was clean but the layout of the shower room was strange ie. no place for soap and shampoo and towels hung under the shower! Also the shaver point was hanging off the wall. Had a very nice burger from the restaurant.
