Not back again

Foods is good and no need to go out in a rainy day. Bed is just ok for overnight. Don't like the floor felt like sticky, old furnitures and tv remote hardly to use. Poor sound proof can hear noises whole night and door is clacking the whole night. 10am is the last shuttle to airport no other options. It's on my black list tried once is enough.

We thought that we received excellent value for money. Used as a gateway for overseas travel; shuttle service was excellent, secure vehicle parking, nice quiet rooms which had a great bathroom, comfortable bed and was nice and clean. It was actually much better than we expected.

The hotel is located just 10 minutes from the airport. Our check-in process was fast and easy though it was quite late at night. Hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Room was cool. No dinnerware or cutlery apart from coffee cups, glasses and teaspoons. Not great if you want to make a quick breakfast of porridge and have nothing to eat it on. Room very cold. Sofa uncomfortable. Found a heater to warm up room but didn’t want to leave it on so turned off when went to bed but bedding not very warm either so didn’t sleep well

Property was ok but very noise during night time, everynight heard door panking, woke us many times! Limited public transportation, no close by restaurants, food courts, markets. The restaurant foods on site was suck & took long time to get it!

I booked the room for my mum who was travelling alone. Communication with the hotel for transport was easy and was provided on the booking confirmation email from Expedia. They advise for her to call once she is at the airport ready for pick up. Her other feedback was the rooms were on ground floor level and her room was far from the main entrance. She only stayed for few hours (night time) due to early morning International flight. She did not have time to explore outside. Luckily, I got a good deal for it and they have free airport shuttle service. I would highly recommend for short stay especially when the price is reasonable.
