The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and fresh and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in a hotel. We plan to go back and will definitely stay there again.

It smelled like smoke upon entry into the lobby. One of the elevators does not go to the correct floor when you press the button. The furnishings look outdated. The sheets in my room were stained and the man at the desk did not have anymore so he switched my room. The first room also did not have any batteries in the smoke detector. One of the walls was filthy in the second room. I chose this hotel because it is literally right at the airport, but I would not return again.

You got taken when you remodeled, shoddy work. House keeping didn't line waste baskets, didn't clean fridge, had to use towel for rug. Obviously old covered with a slop of paint ( you'll have water downstairs from the shower). Have to flush twice to work.

The service was at a 5 star rating … The front desk was more than helpful, accommodating … very knowledgeable about the area and did everything with a smile. I would stay here again on our next trip

I understand the mindset of you get what you pay for but I don't even think I got what I paid for. There were nasty blood, grease and mold stains on the mattresses and the sheets and the pillows. There was a raunchy poop/mold smell. The staff was rude and when I was checking in I was not told I had to get a ticket to have breakfast in the morning and I asked about it in the morning and got a very snarky answer. And all breakfast was was dry cereal, burnt sausage and grits. They clearly have used any revenue they get to make the entrance look stunning while they keep the rooms disgusting. Never again will I stay here. Spend the extra money and go somewhere nicer.
