Spent 3 nights at the Hollywood; staff were nice, casino was okay (not enough varieties of Keno!), and overall, a nice stay. Weather wasn't great, so we spent more time in the casino and hotel room, but that was just fine.

I have stayed at this hotel before a year ago. The room we got this time was by far the worst ever air conditioning was not working properly. Had it set to 64 and we burned up all night on you could tell they’ve been working on it because the panel was moved and not put back. There was pubic hairs in the sink and the tub and around the corners were filthy very dusty in front of the TV and the Staff was not friendly. And didn’t offer me any compensation I’m not having air in my room. They told me I should have called well when you get back to the room late you don’t expect the maintenance to come. I had to turn the air on when I got there that should’ve told me something it was completely off And the bed the mattress needed to be replaced. There was a big dip on the left-hand side. it was so very hard. Was not up to what it used to be for sure

I paid for two rooms, they separated us into two different towers when rooms were vacant on each of our floors. I requested smoking which I didn't get. I had to wait over an hour for my room to be ready. They advertise heated pool and hot tub. The pool water was ice cold and the hot tub was broken with dirty, infested water in it. The wall in the pool area was molded and crumbling with pipes and water hoses showing. Something in the pool area bit me, I have no idea what it was, and the bite is spreading up my leg.

Very clean establishment, very friendly staff. Room for the first 3 nights was really nice. A week later when we stayed again the room was ok except no hot water and chilly. Turned the heat up but didn't get to warm. Overall it was really nice

The staff was Not very friendly and we had to call at 7 times just for towels. Our room phone did not work, I informed front desk and the NEVER had it fixed. We had to walk downstairs to request anything needed opposed to calling like most/all hotels
