The photos online were misleading and did not reflect the actual condition of the room. The property was advertised as renovated, which was clearly not the case. The room was dirty upon arrival: the floors had not been properly cleaned, and overall housekeeping was unacceptable. Most concerning, the hotel appeared to have a roach infestation. Because the reservation was non-refundable and I was only staying one night, I had no alternative but to remain. However, I did not rest at all, as I spent much of the night on alert due to the roaches. This experience fell far below basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and honest representation.
