The room was clean and roomy, but I was there 3 nights and housekeeping never came in my room. The lobby is nothing fancy at all, looks like a school cafeteria. I could hear the people above me dropping things on the floor. Parking was expensive at $25/ night.

I rented a suite for my family. Checked in and went to our event. Came in late and there was not pillows or linens for the couch bed. Called the front desk and they said I would have to come get them at the front desk. Was already in pajamas. Walked down to get them and they didn't have the pillows. Said they would have to send them up. Waited up 30 more minutes for pillows. Very inconvenient, especially late at night when you're ready for bed. I was charged a premium price for a sub-par experience.
