We booked a pool access room and it was great. Great location with easy access to cafes and restaurants in the West End. Close proximity to public transport. Staff are helpful throughout our stay. Would have appreciated knowing about the walking route from South Brisbane station prior to arrival. Took a longer route using Google Map.

Perfect in every way - made sure we had parking as accessibility issues - early check-in no issues - could not do enough for us to assist my wife in wheelchair - one of the most accessible and disability friendly both facilities and staff I have ever stayed - also solid gym and pool really nice as well - did not eat there so can't comment on this but looked amazing from what I saw

Bathrooms that are not enclosed with actual walls and use frosted glass instead are enough for me not to want to stay again. The rooms also lack personality and feel like a work meeting room. Room wasn’t ready at check in time. Breakfast options never restocked.

Everything was fine.. Just the breakfast isnt worth $39.90 per person unless you're an Accor Member and get 30% off.. Plus, it's not a Novotel issue, but the amount of homeless people in the park opposite the hotel is ridiculous.. which can have an affect to the overall hotel experience.

There needs to be a bigger and better coffee machine for guests, it failed twice within an hour. Food was ok but not a huge variety especially healthier options. The omelette station is a great idea. Staff were friendly. Room was not very clean, dusty and had old puke stains on the carpet and part of the wall near my bed. The beds and pillows were very comfy and that alone was the best part.
