we called for the hotel shuttle at 10pm, then again at 10:30. picked up about 10:40. for what turned out to be a very short distance (guess we could have looked into walking, but we thiught the shuttle would be timely). mixed messaging at the hotel, but we got a pretty lame apology and no offers to make it a bit less onerous. room was fine, bathroom tiny but functional. very convenient location for late arrivals though.

Not what it used to be

This USED to be a great hotel with the motel vibe. But since it’s been taken over seems run down and old and yucky. Our WHITE towels and bed linens had stains on them and the tub wouldn’t drain. Surprising quiet for being next to the airport. Disappointed in the quality for the price.

PROPERTY WAS OLD AND OUTDATED. THE ROOMS ARE DEFINITELY IN NEED OF AN UPGRADE. WE WATCHED OTHER PATRONS LEAVE AFTER SEEING ROOM CONDITIONS. THERE WAS HARDLY ANYONE STAYING THERE WHICH WAS THE FIRST CLUE THINGS WERE NOT RIGHT.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The facility is due for a facelift. The carpeting and furniture are old but the bed was comfortable. The tub filled with water while showering.

The room was freezing cold. When I said something at the front desk, they informed me that I was supposed let them know during the night. No one informed me at check in. The last couple of times, the air conditioning has been sub standard.

Room Temperature

Our stay was good. The only issue with the temperature in the room. We were cold and the rooms are run by master system, which does not allow the guest to switch modes. It was a cold rainy night and our room was cold. The toilet sounded like it was going to over flow, but it did not. Thankfully. Although the tub did overflow, the water was draining very very slowly. Other than that our stay was great. Rooms were clean and beds are comfortable.
