I arrived to the room and found the room to have the dirtiest bathroom floor I have seen. The bedroom carpet was also badly stained. I tried to change rooms/hotel but due to my late arrival and very early departure I was unable to. Thankfully I was there 7 hours only. I have reported the hotel to the head office in the USA. The staff were very friendly and clearly upset by my complaint.

Stayed here to get an early morning flight from Stansted airport. There is a public bus service a few minutes walk from the hotel although this is not t signposted. I used Google Maps to find out. It's much cheaper to get the bus - £3.00 - than a taxi. Amenities are very basic and rather tired. This hotel is located on a Service Area. I used the fast food dining options inside the services to take something back to my room to eat. Fire the price and an overnight stay for a flight it was OK but don't expect any luxury!

It's good for a one night stay . We stayed as a family for a next day early morning flight at Stansted airport..it was comfortable. Room can be maintained well with more fresh look and clean carpets..Not bad for one night stay .m

An excellent place to stay before a flight from Stansted. Only 15min to the airport parking door to door. Rooms are clean and the facilities are good
