$40 resort fee is a joke, especially when the front desk explained it covered the two water bottles in our room. When I explained there was a note on the bottles announcing that they were free, he didn’t know what to say. Overall, the hotel is run down.

Absolutely stunning building with amazing history! Definitely worth a stay to sit by the amazing fireplace, ride in the elevator, and wander the halls exploring the facilities. The staff was top tier from check in to check out! Would definitely stay again and utilize more of the facilities.

Outstanding Stay. The Staff was over the top friendly and accommodating. Beautiful location and grounds. The food was beyond imagination. The only negative was at check in. Not a long wait but there were four stations to check in within arms reach of each other which led to hearing four conversations at once which made it hard to concentrate on what my staff member was saying. Others waiting in line were even commenting on it.
