Room was clean and the staff friendly however how can you run out of one of the main staples of Singapore Chicken satay for 4 days during our stay. Great view of the New Years fireworks going off the Marina Bay Sands. Is close to the lower end of town and a shoetwalk to the mrt.

The first room I was assigned was facing a construction site, the staff at the reception were very kind and agreed to move me. Amazing room and amenities in the hotel. The breakfast logistics can be reorganised as it gets quite busy and there may be a waiting period

The hotel is very well located minutes walk from Clarke Quay. Staff at the hotel are very professional, friendly and welcoming. Rooms are very clean, comfortable with a great shower. Great variety for the buffet breakfast, all fresh and very tasty.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. For a 5 star rated hotel, the standard rooms were small, with very little space for unpacked clothes. One needs to live out of a suitcase. The bathroom drain control was loose - and was a challenge to use. A nicer shower curtain would be an improvement, rather the sheet of plastic used.
