Booked a jacuzzi suite 6 months ago. Show up and they no longer exist. Expedia should have reached out and informed me so I could make other accommodations, as it’s a Christmas treat for myself every year. The room was okay in terms of cleanliness. Door handle on bathroom door kept falling off. Only provided one roll of toilet paper for a 3 night stay. When I asked the desk for more tp they gave me one roll and said that’s all they have. No free wi-fi unless you’re a Hilton member. No free breakfast. They provide two bottle of water with signs on them saying $3.00 if you’re not a Hilton diamond member - in past years these were free. Ice machine on floor 4 wasn’t working which was a bummer bc I had a bottle of champagne I needed to chill that was supposed to accompany me in the jacuzzi that no longer exists. Parking is not free and is off site. Hot tub in pool area out of order. Aren’t the Hilton’s like super rich??? Get it together!

The staff was very nice, but the rooms cleanliness was nothing to desire. The sheets were stingy and ripped. The room was so stuffy and the bathroom needed a deep cleaning.

We had an issue with our room and Kim was able to quickly address the issue and offer us complimentary food and drinks for our troubles. The hotel itself is in a great location and was close to everything. We were there to take “The Office Self Guided Tour” and the location of the hotel is perfect for all of the sites.

The room itself was ok, the bathroom was gross. Dirty and did not drain at all, within one minute you were stepping in inches of water. A second person could not shower as the water was still sitting in the shower. If we were staying more than one night it would have been a huge issue. Hotel bar on a Friday night was quiet. Did not try the food.
