No one answered the phone at the desk or the restaurants. Only got half our order from a restaurant and no answered the phone. Skelton crew. The employees that were working…seemed like 4…were very nice. They were a victim of extremely poor management. I won’t stay there again.

We enjoyed the liveliness of the casino. The casino felt clean and comfortable. The breakfast shop was great with incredible donuts and thoughtful staff. The hotel side left much to be desired. The staff was fair, out of a five day stay we asked for our room to be cleaned twice. The first time was great, the second time a stack of towels and a trash bag was left on our sink. The rooms were very dusty along the walls and next to furniture and in pictures. Like visible dust that had been collected for quite a while. The bathroom was decently clean. The carpet was gross and just felt unclean even with us wearing shoes. I would never in a million years classify it as a “resort”. The daily resort fee is not worth it. The breakfast is not free. There are small bottles of water that is provided. We would not stay here again due to the lack of attention from staff and the dusty rooms.
